This article explains DragonWebHost’s billing cycles, invoice management, and service suspension procedures.
Key Billing Cycle Components
-
Invoice Generation
- Invoices are created 5 days before your service renewal date.
-
Auto Debit Policies
- Auto debit is available to simplify payments, and payments are attempted 1 day before the due date.
- Only 1 auto debit attempt is made per billing cycle.
-
Service Renewal Attempts
- If payment isn’t received by the due date, we will make 24 renewal attempts to collect the payment.
- The first attempt occurs 1 hour after the due date, with a 6-hour window to trigger it.
- The second attempt will be 24 hours later, with a 12-hour window after the first attempt.
- Service Suspension and Cancellation Policies
- Services will be suspended 7 days after the due date if payment is not made.
- Suspended services may be terminated at any time within 60 days after suspension.
Additional Information
- Customers can enable auto debit to ensure payments are automatically deducted, preventing interruptions in service.
